FAQ
I was rejected at another clinic. Can you help me?
Yes. We also evaluate complex cases or situations where a treatment recommended elsewhere could not be achieved.
During the consultation, the doctor carefully analyzes the medical history, available investigations and the current state of oral health to determine if there are suitable treatment options.
Each case is evaluated individually, and recommendations are made based on the patient’s real needs.
How much does an evaluation cost for a complex case?
The cost of an evaluation depends on the complexity of the case and the investigations required to establish a correct diagnosis.
During the consultation, the doctor performs a clinical examination and, if necessary, recommends additional imaging investigations.
After the evaluation, the patient receives a personalized treatment plan and a clear estimate of the costs associated with each stage.
What happens if the treatment recommended elsewhere didn't work?
There are situations in which a treatment requires reevaluation or a different approach.
During the consultation, we analyze the cause of the problem, evaluate the results of the previous treatment, and determine whether corrections, redoing of the work, or an alternative solution are necessary.
The goal is to identify the most appropriate option for restoring the health and functionality of the teeth.
How can I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by phone or via the online appointment form.
The clinic team will help you choose an available time slot and provide you with all the necessary information before your first visit.
How long does a consultation last?
The duration of the consultation varies depending on the complexity of the case and the investigations required, but generally the first evaluation lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
During this time, the condition of the teeth, any imaging investigations are analyzed and a personalized treatment plan is established.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule your visit at a convenient time and allow another patient to be assigned their seat.
Do you accept card payment?
Yes. For the convenience of our patients, we accept both card and cash payments.

Medical Cases
From an accurate assessment to visible transformations, no matter how complex the case.
A smile reconstructed from the bone up
They came in looking for a more harmonious smile, but our assessment showed that more than an aesthetic procedure was needed. We reconstructed the bone support and gum contour, then completed the treatment with custom zirconia ceramic crowns.
Fixed teeth in 24 hours, upper and lower arches
The teeth could no longer be saved, and the patient had reached the point of avoiding smiling and eating in public. We performed the extractions and placed 8 implants during the same appointment.
Within 24 hours, the patient left with provisional fixed teeth, and the treatment was later completed with zirconia restorations on a titanium framework.
“You don’t have enough bone for implants” wasn’t the final answer
Because the bone in the posterior area was insufficient, we chose a solution using pterygoid implants, avoiding the need for additional bone grafting procedures.
The 6 implants supported a provisional fixed restoration within 24 hours, and after healing, we completed the treatment with zirconia restorations on a titanium framework.
First, we corrected the bite. Then, we created the smile.
The incorrect occlusion could have compromised a purely aesthetic result. That’s why we started with orthodontic treatment to correct the position of the teeth and the way they meet.
Only then did we create the custom-designed full-ceramic veneers, achieving a natural and stable result.
